广州市公立医院规模经济实证分析

Empirical Analysis of Scale Economy of Public Hospitals in Guangzhou

目的:分析广州市公立医院的规模经济情况。方法:选取广州市50家公立医院作为样本,运用道格拉斯生产函数,分别以医院卫生服务量和医院的年业务收入作为因变量建立两种生产模型,并运用Excel、SPSS11.5软件分析2006～2008年样本医院投入与产出的关系。结果:样本医院中三级医院卫生服务量和业务收入均处于规模经济阶段,二级医院的卫生服务量处于规模不经济阶段,业务收入处于规模经济阶段。结论:医院应理性控制其资产规模,并增加医院人力资源的投入。

Objective：To analyse the scale economy of public hospitals in Guangzhou.Methods：Selecting fifty public hospitals in Guangzhou as sample public hospital,using the Cobb-Douglas production function,separately choosing the service volume and service revenue of hospitals as dependent variables to built the Production Model,then using Excel,SPSS11.5software to analyse the relationship between investment and output of sample hospitals from 2006to 2008.Results：From 2006to 2008,the medical service and incomes of class 3hospitals were in line with scale economy,and the same to income of class 2hospitals,but medical service of class 2hospitals was in line with diseconomies of scale.Conclusions：Hospitals should rationally control their scale,and increase the total quantity of human resources.
