43例良性阵发性位置性眩晕Epley手法复位治疗体会

Epley Repositioning Maneuver Treatment in Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

目的:总结Epley手法复位治疗后/上半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的疗效。方法:对43例诊断为BPPV患者的治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果:36例治愈(83.72%),4例好转(9.30%),3例无效(6.98%)。结论:经相关检查后确诊为BPPV的患者,Epley法治疗BPPV经济、有效、安全。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of Particle Repositioning Maneuver Treatment on Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo（BPPV）.Method： A total of 43 cases of BPPV from May,2005 to December,2010 were reviewed retrospectively.Results： 36 cases were cured,4 cases had some improvement,3 cases were invalid.Conclusion： Particle Repositioning Maneuver Treatment is cheap,effective and safe for BPPV.
