赣州市参与妇检女性的行业分布及参与率分析

Analysis of profession distribution and ParticipationRate of women participating gynecology medical examination in Ganzhou

目的:分析赣州地区参与妇检女性的行业分布及参与率,为妇检网络建设提供理论依据。方法:对2008年1月至2010年12月拟在我院进行妇检的12 679名女性的行业分布进行分析,并分别计算不同行业体检女性的参与率,利用SPSS 13.0统计分析软件对各行业参与率进行分析比较。结果:本研究实际共检查各行业女性10 855人,实到人数与应到人数之比为85.61%。查体总人数位居前几位的是房地产管理、卫生、教育等相关行业。实到与应到人数百分比位居前几位的是房地产管理、教育、科学研究、金融保险等产业,排名最后的是工业、农业、卫生等相关行业。结论:赣州市女性妇检参与率有明显的行业差别,其中事业单位明显高于其他行业,应以社区为依托加强妇检网络建设。

Objective： To investigate profession distribution and ParticipationRate of women participating gynecology medical examination in Ganzhou and to provide theoretical foundation for the construction of gynecology medical examination network.Methods： The professional distribution data of 12679 women participating gynecology medical examination in our hospital from Jan.2008 to Dec.2010 was analyzed,the ParticipationRate of women participating gynecology medical examination in different profession was also analyzed,the ParticipationRate of different profession were compared by LISREL SPSS 13.0.Results： 10 855 women in different profession were investigated,the ratio of actual number of people to due number of people was 85.61%.The total number of people participated gynecology medical examination in different profession ranked in the top were in real estate management,education,science,financial and insurance.The ratio of actual number of people to due number of people ranked in the top were also real estate management,education,science,financial and insurance.Industry,agriculture and sanitation were at last.Conclusions： There were evident profession difference of ParticipationRate of women participated gynecology medical examination in Ganzhou,the profession of enterprise was apparently beyond other profession,the network construction of gynecology medical examination should be based on community.
