心理干预对晚期喉癌术后放疗患者情绪的影响

The Effect of The Psychological Intervene To The Feeling of Patients Who Had Laryngocarcinoma Operation

目的:探讨心理干预对晚期喉癌全喉切除术后放射治疗(简称放疗)患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法:选择2009年10月至2010年10月本院收治的56例晚期喉癌全喉切除术后放疗患者,分别在干预前、后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行调查分析。结果:56例患者通过心理干预后都消除或减轻了负性情绪,保持良好心态配合治疗,完成放疗计划。结论:心理干预对晚期喉癌术后患者治疗依从性明显提高,对减少焦虑、抑郁情绪有较好效果。

Objective： Search the radiotherapy＇s effect of the psych-ological intervene to the patients who were operated with cutting the whole throat for its laryngocarcinoma.Methods： Use the 56 patients who had done the operation of cutting the whole throat at our hospital from October,2009 to October,2010,use the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Selfrating depression scale（SDS） to analyze the effect before and after the intervene.Results： All the 56 patients eliminated or decreased the negative feeling more or less,and coordinated with the doctor＇s treatment,finished the radio-therapy＇s plan.Conclusion： The psychological intervene＇s effect is positive and obvious,it can reduce the patient＇s nervous sentiments,especially to the later period.
