DNA molecular marker and application in genetics and breeding study of rice

简要综述了DNA分子标记的概念、特点、种类,分子标记在水稻遗传连锁图谱的构建、基因定位、种质资源研究、分子标记辅助选择育种、水稻品质性状的分子标记等研究中的应用,并对DNA分子标记技术在水稻遗传育种研究中的应用前景进行了展望。

The paper summaried the concept,characteristics,types of DNA molecular marker,and the application of molecular of mark techniques in rice genetics and breeding was summarized in this paper as follows：（1）the construction of molecular link-age map;（2）genome mapping;（3）germplasm research;（4） molecular marker assisted selection breeding;（5）the marker and development of rice quality,etc.The prospect of application of DNA molecular marker in rice breeding was also discussed.
