摘要 ABP1(Auxin Binding Protein)是最早发现的生长素结合蛋白之一,作为一种生长素受体参与质膜上生长素的响应过程,在细胞周期、细胞扩增、质膜内吞作用和基于ROP的细胞骨架重建等快速反应中起着重要的作用。因此,对ABP1最新的研究进展进行了综述,以期为生长素受体作用机制的深度阐明提供参考。 Auxin Bingding Protein 1(ABP1) is one of the ?rst characterized proteins that bind auxin.It has been implied as a auxin receptor for some events on the plasma membrane.Numerous studies demonstrated that ABP1 acted as a important role in cell cycle,cell expansion,endocytic events and RHO OF PLANTS-mediated cytoskeletal rearrangements.This article summarized the recently studies about ABP1,which aimed to provide a reference for clarifying the mechanism between auxin and its receptor.
