摘要
将ABS和HPVC高温机械共混 ,制备了综合性能好的聚合物合金。讨论了不同硫化体系以及硫化体系中主要因素对合金性能的影响。结果表明 ,化学交联剂的加入使合金产生了化学交联和共交联 ,合金相界面连接性能得到提高 ,并指出选用适当的交联体系和调控其用量可以制备综合性能较好的合金。
By mechanical mixing of ABS and HPVC(high polymerization degree poly(vinyl chloride))at high temperature, polymer alloys with good overall properties are prepared. The influence of different crosslinking agents and their dosages on the properties of alloys is studied. It is noted that crosslinking agents can make alloys crosslink or co crosslink and properties of interfacial adhesion are improved. Good selection of crosslinking agent and its dosage can prepare excellent alloys.\;
