系统性红斑狼疮皮肤浸润淋巴细胞亚群的观察

摘要 本文用6种单抗对9例系统性红斑狼疮患者皮损及正常皮肤中的淋巴细胞亚群作了ABC免疫组化比较检测,结果表明病人皮损表皮中的HIT_(6-1)^+(CD_1,Langerhans细胞)明显低于非皮损处同类细胞,而Leu_4^+(全T)、Lcu 3a^+(TH)、Leu 2a^+(Ts)细胞变化不明显。真皮与表皮皮损中的MA_6^+(B)、E_6^+(HLA-DR)及真皮皮损中的Leu 3a^+细胞则比非皮损处同类细胞多,与患者外周血中IgG水平的升高成正相关。 Subpopulations of lymphocytes in lesions and normal regions of skin ofnine Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were comparatively studied byABC immunohistochemical method with six monoclonal antibodies.The results indicated that the langerhans cells in epidermis of lesions were signifi-cantly decreased than those of normal regions in the same patient(p<0.05).The chief infiltrated cells in dermis of lesions were E6(HLA-DR)^+andMA6B^+ cells and T_H cells in which the number of E6^+ cells in lesions weresignificantly higher than those in normal regions(p<0.05),the same wasin epidermis, While the Leu4(pan-T)^+,Leu3a(T_H)^+and the Leu2a^+ (T_s)cells in the epidermis of lesions were only occasionally seen or almost ab-sent.
