摘要
为了能够正确地设计螺杆 ,必须确定出喂料和排气位置、填充区的长度、估计出不同啮合段的挤压和混合效果。对各种啮合螺杆挤出效率进行实验 ,结果表明 ,挤出效率比预想的二维非弹性模型的挤出效率要大得多 ,并且 ,反螺纹螺杆的啮合段未完全填满 ,特别是前后螺槽相遇的后半螺槽段未完全填满。
In order to properly design screws,it is necessary to locate feeding and devolatilization ports,and to determine length of filling zones and to evaluate pumping and mixing efficiency of different kneading sections. An experimental study of the pumping efficiency of forward and backward pumping screws and kneading section is performed. Results indicate that the pumping efficiency is generally greater than that predicted by 2D inelastic model and left handed elements do not necessarily fill entirely, especially at their downstream and where backward pumping flight and forward pumping flights meet at.
