玻璃纤维毡增强热塑性复合材料废弃制品回收利用技术的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对废弃玻璃纤维毡增强热塑性复合材料 (GMT)制品回收利用技术进行了研究 ,针对制品的特点 ,研究了回炉预热升温过程 ,提出了较为合理的升温序列 ,使废弃制品得到完全回收利用 ;探索了回收利用的次数对制品弯曲性能的影响 ,经过 9次回炉加工的废弃制品的性能仍满足使用要求。 A kind of recycling technology of scraped parts has been studied. A proper procedure of preheating process of glassfiber mat reinforced thermoplastics(GMT) scraped parts has been proposed, based on the effects of thickness of parts and temperature of the stove for preheating. The flexural modulus and flexural strength of recycled GMT parts have been tested. In comparison with the parts obtained from virgin GMT sheets, the parts which have experienced nine times of recycling still have satisfactory mechanical properties.\;
