摘要
作者成功地开发了智能虚拟超声图像系统 ,该系统具有成像和数据处理功能 ,提高了无损检测可靠性和灵敏度 ,增加了软件调节衰减因数等功能 ,准确测定被测工件的声速和工件的厚度。本文对该系统的软、硬件设计作了较详细的介绍 ,并给出了利用该系统的实验结果。
An intelligent virtual ultrasonic imaging system has been developed successfully,it can image and has the functions of data processing,raising the reliability and sensitivity of nondestructive testing,increasing the attenuation factor of software adjustment etc,and also can calibrate the velocity of ultrasound in the medium and thickness of workpieces.This paper introduces the design of hardwares and softwares in details and lists the results of experiments with this system.
