摘要
借助于玻璃视窗可视化挤出机,对啮合异向双螺杆挤出过程中聚合物粉料的熔融进行了实验研究;考察了螺杆构型、操作条件对聚合物熔融的影响,并总结出熔融过程的基本模型。研究表明,螺杆元件的结构与输送机理是聚合物熔融过程的决定性因素;海岛熔融模型与固体床熔膜模型是啮合异向双螺杆挤出过程中聚合物熔融的典型形态,且在前者中聚合物的熔融效率更高。
With visualization twin screw extruder, the melting progressing of Polypropylene (PP) in intermeshing counter rotating twin screw extrusion was investigated. The influence of screw configurations and operational conditions on polymer melting were discussed. It showed that the structure and the conveying mechanism of screw elements were the decisive factors of polymer melting progressing. The solid bed film melting and islands sea melting were two typical melting models of polymer powder in intermeshing counter rotating twin screw extruder. The melting efficiency of polymer powder in islands sea melting model was higher than that in the solid bed film melting model.
