摘要
应用国产环境与灾害监测预报小卫星星座CCD相机遥感影像数据对黄河2009—2010年度凌汛进行重点时间段和区域的监测,并利用实测数据对监测结果进行应用评价。结果表明环境减灾卫星数据在凌汛监测中具有很大的应用潜力。
Remote sensing images by CCD camera from domestic small satellite constellations for environment and disaster monitoring and forecasting are used for important survey periods of time and districts monitoring for the Yellow River from 2009 to 2010. The measured data are applied for evaluation of monitoring results. Results indicate that the satellite data possess great potential for application at ice flood monitoring.
