新型两分式分沙器的研制

摘要 新型两分式分沙器是在原两分式分沙器基础上研发的水文仪器,其工作原理不变,主要在加工技术上有所改进,利用线切割技术保证分沙槽的精度,同时也保证了分沙的精度;增加了导流槽,接水口设计为圆形,可以直接把水样接到水样瓶中,提高工作效率;仪器采用不锈钢材料,经久耐用。通过实验室和测沙现场试验,说明新型两分式分沙器操作方便,性能良好。 A new bipartition sediment separator is developed on the basis of the old one, and with improved processing technology. Cutting technology is used for ensuring the precision of separation tank and accuracy of sediment separation. A duct is added. Water inlet is designed as a circular structure, so that water sample can directly pass into sample bottle, thus improving working efficiency. The instrument is made of stainless steel, so it features good durability. Through testing at laboratory and field sediment measurement, it illustrates that the new bipartition sediment separator has features of convenience operation, good performance, and can be used for long periods.
