瘢痕切除术后即时单剂放疗与分剂放疗的疗效分析

Therapeutic evaluation between immediate fractioal dose and single dose radiotherapy after ulectomy

研究增殖性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩切除术后即时单剂放疗与术后即时分剂放疗疗效的差异。回顾性研究了1995年 1月至 1997年 1月间用术后即时分剂放疗治疗的 2 9例增殖性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩患者以及 1997年 1月至1998年 10月间用术后即时单剂放疗治疗的 2 4例增殖性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩患者。两者无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。术后即时单剂放疗具有疗效好、疗程短、费用低等优点 。

In a retrospective study, the results of postoperative immediate fractional dose radiotherapy and single dose radiotherapy in hypertrophic and keloid scars were investigated from Jan 1995 to Oct 1998. No obvious differences were found in results between the two groups. Yet the latter possess much advantages, such as short course and low cost. This study indicated that postoperative immdiate single dose radiotherapy was a more satisfactory method for hypertrophic and keloid scar.
