摘要
COREX工艺是目前惟一可以非焦煤为燃料的成功产业化的炼铁工艺。块煤粒径和粉率(<5 mm含量)是影响气化炉生产指标的重要因素。分析COREX-3000生产中块煤粒径和粉率对生产指标的影响,结果表明,粉率的增加会导致块煤中水分增加,燃料比、焦比增加以及熔炼率降低;同时会导致铁水成分恶化、铁水中硅含量增加以及铁水温度降低。块煤平均粒径控制在18~20 mm,熔炼率、燃料比以及焦比均可以达到较优值,能够产生稳定并有较好透气性的半焦床,生产稳定顺行。通过Minitab对生产数据分析得出燃料比拟合方程,对方程进行验证表明,生产值和理论值具有较好的吻合性。
The COREX process is a unique industrialized melting reduction technology using non-coke coal as its main fuel for ironmaking at present in the world.Lump coal partical size(less than 5 mm) and coal fine rate are two key factors influencing performance of the COREX process.The effect of coal mean particle size and coal fine rate on the production quota has been investigated.The result indicates that the higher the pulverized coal ratio is,the more the moisture in coal will be,and the higher the fuel ratio and coke rate are,the lower the melting rate will be.In addition,the higher coal fine rate will deteriorate hot metal's composition and will make silicon content in hot metal increase and the temperature of hot metal drop.If lump coal's mean partical size is controlled in the range of 18-20 mm,the melting rate,fuel rate and coke rate will be ideal,which will produce a stable and permeable semicoke bed.It will be helpful to make production go on smoothly.With the software Minitab,the production data can be analyzed and a regression equation can be derived.Through verifying the equation,the plant data showed good agreement with the theoretical value.
