摘要
为了解决高寒地区大型露天煤矿冬季由于温度过低,带式输送机滚筒粘料影响可用率的问题,采用粉体近熔点挤出成型技术成功制成了具有防冻粘特点的超高相对分子质量聚乙烯包胶滚筒,并在锡林浩特矿业有限公司进行了现场试验。试验证明在0~-37℃未安装清扫装置的环境下,该滚筒表面的冻粘面积与包胶面积比值不大于8%,起到了防冻粘的作用。
In order to solve the availability ratio problem affected by the sticking material on the drum of belt conveyor due to the tempera- ture too lower in the winter season of a large surface mine in high and cold area, a powder near melting point extrusion molding technology was applied to successfully manufacture the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) coated drum with the anti freezing and sticking features. A site trial with the coated drum was conducted in Xilinhot Mining Company. The trial showed under the condition of no cleaning device installed with the temperature ranging from 0--37℃, when the rotio of frozen sticking area and rubber coated area of the drum surface was not over 8% and thus the anti freezing and sticking function could be played.
