摘要
车辆优化调度是减少采运设备非生产时间、提高生产效率、从而降低整个露天煤矿开采成本和能耗行之有效的方法,因此对露天煤矿车辆调度中的关键时间参数进行了数据统计分析,验证了装车时间和道路运行时间的概率分布类型,并针对这些不确定信息,建立了车辆调度模型的随机期望值模型和随机期望目标规划模型。对模型进行研究分析,发现考虑了不确定信息,优化结果更符合实际生产需求。
An optimized dispatch of vehicles would be an effective measures to reduce the nonproduction time of the mining and transpor- tation equipment, improve the production efficiency and thus to reduce the mining cost and energy consumption of the surface mine. Therefore the data statistics and analysis was conducted on the key time parameters of the mine vehicle dispatch. The probability distribu- tion model of the truck loading time and truck operation time on the roadway was verified. Then according to the uncertain information, the random expected value model and the random expected target planning model of the vehicle dispatch model was established. With the study and analysis on the model and the consideration of the uncertain information, the optimized results could really meet the require- ments of the actual production.
