To Speed up the Development of Forestry Equipment——A Speech Interpretation of President Hu Jintao at the APEC Ministerial Conference

针对全球环境问题的突出现状,围绕2011年亚太经合组织林业部长级会议中国国家领导人讲话要意,探索了快速发展林业装备在构筑林业生态及产业体系中的作用。胡锦涛主席从发挥科技引领作用、加强政策导向、加强基础理论研究、促进技术创新体系建立等方面提出了振兴林业装备的建议,以期促进绿色社会发展。

According to the current situation of global environmental serious issues,around the 2011 APEC Forestry Ministerial Conference,the paper explores the role of the rapid development of forestry equipment in the construction of forestry ecological and industrial systems,gives the recommendations for the revitalization of the forestry equipment,proposed to lead therole in strengthening the policy guidance,to strengthen the basic theoretical research,promote the establishment of a technological innovation system,in order to promote a green and social development.
