摘要
以制度变迁、产权和公共品理论研究为基础,通过对我国城市基础设施产权结构变革的原因和过程进行分析,提出我国城市基础设施产权制度变迁的基本路径,并指出这种制度变迁在客观上解决了我国城市基础设施长期以来的供给不足和效率低下等问题。
Based on the research of institutional change, property and public goods, this article analyzes the reasons and process of urban infrastructure＇ s property structural transformation, puts forward the basic path of urban infrastructure＇s property institutional change, and presents that institutional change have objectively resolved supply deficiency and low efficiency of urban infrastructure.
