老年患者的鼻窦内镜手术

Endoscopic sinus surgery in patients older than sixty

目的:探讨鼻窦内镜治疗老年患者鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的疗效及安全性。方法:对我科2006-03～2010-12收治的129例老年患者(>60岁)的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据1997年海口标准进行疗效评价。结果:治愈103例(79.8%),好转13例(10.1%),无效13例(10.1%)。其中有2例出现并发症,主要并发症为眶周血肿。结论:鼻窦内镜治疗老年患者鼻窦炎、鼻息肉是安全和有效的。

Objective：The aim of this study was investigate the safety and efficacy of ESS in the geriatric population（ove 60 years of age）.Methods：Retrospective review of outcomes in 129 patients over 60 years of age who underwent ESS.Results：According to the therapeutic evaluation standard（ESS-1997,Haikou）,103 cases（79.8%） were completely cured,13 cases（10.1%） were improved and 13 cases（10.1%） showed no change with ageneral effective rate of 89.69% without any severe operative complication.Only two cases have complication,The main complication was periorbital haematoma.Conclusions：ESS in the geriatric population is a safe and effective treatment.
