C-反应蛋白在鉴别儿童呼吸道感染中的应用

Use of C-reactive Protein in Differential Diagnosis of Childrens′ Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)在鉴别诊断儿童呼吸道细菌性感染、病毒性感染、及支原体感染中的价值。方法:同时测定40例细菌性感染、40例病毒性感染、及40例支原体感染患者的全血CRP水平(EDTA-K2抗凝),比较细菌性感染组、病毒性感染组、及支原体感染组之间的CRP水平的差别。结果:细菌性感染组的CRP水平明显高于病毒性感染组(P<0.05)、及支原体感染组(P<0.05)。结论:抗凝全血CRP的检测,是鉴别诊断儿童呼吸道细菌性感染、病毒性感染、及支原体感染的重要检测指标之一。

Objective：To investigate the value of C-reactive protein in differential diagnosis of childrens′ respiratory tract infection.Methods：The whole blood CRP levels were obtained in 40 patients with bacteria infection,40 patients with virus infection and 40 patient with mycoplasma infection.Compare the different CRP levels between the bacteria infection（40 case） and virus infection（40 case）;between the bacteria infection（40 case） and mycoplasma infection（40 case）.Results：The CRP levels of the bacteria infection group were exceeded the virus infection group and mycoplasma infection group obviously（P0.05）.Conclusions：The detection of the whole blood CRP levels are one of the most important test in different diagnosis of bacteria infection group、virus infection group、and mycoplasma infection group.
