浅谈创优质护理服务中团队竞赛的作用

Discussion on the Role of Team Competition in Creating High Quality of Nursing Service

目的:团队竞赛能推动创优质护理服务活动收获良好效果。方法:将我区护理人员分成两组,分别在团队组建、知识考核、操作对抗赛、质量评比、患者满意度调查、总结汇报等六大方面进行比赛。结果:患者满意度由80.1%上升到98.1%;医生满意度由93.4%上升到100%;护士对自身满意度由65.9%上升到98.8%。结论:实施团队竞赛,通过良性竞争,能使优质护理服务成效显著。

Objective：Team competition can promote the activities of creating high quality of nursing service and Harvest good results.Methods：Nurses in our ward were divided into two groups,and competed to each other in the aspects of team building,knowledge examination,operation technique,quality appraisal,patient′s satisfaction degree and the reports.Results：Patient′s satisfaction degree increased from 80.1% to 98.1%,while the physician′s satisfaction degree from 93.4% to 100%,and the nurses themselves from 65.9% to 98.8%.Conclusions：Implementation of the team competition can provide remarkable results to the activities of creating high quality of nursing service,through healthy competitions.
