血清瘦素、脂联素与心肌缺血再灌注损伤关系的研究进展

摘要 心肌缺血再灌注损伤是心血管疾病领域研究的重点与热点问题之一,大量研究资料显示血清瘦素、脂联素作为脂肪细胞因子通过与其受体结合不仅参与了糖脂、能量代谢,而且在心血管方面亦有作用,但其具体机制尚不明确。本文就近年来血清瘦素、脂联素与心肌缺血再灌注损伤的研究作一综述。
