摘要
《医学争鸣》杂志由《第四军医大学学报》变更刊名而来,其办刊宗旨和内容形式发生了全新的变化。《第四军医大学学报》有着辉煌的过去,曾荣获国家期刊奖、百种中国杰出学术期刊、新中国60年有影响力的期刊等多项大奖,但缘何要将其进行翻天覆地的变革呢?这一切源于第四军医大学推行的精品战略。创精品是四医大人的工作标准,也是改刊后《医学争鸣》杂志的办刊目标。本文从"做改革创新的实践者、择精品期刊的引路人、做科技进步的助推器、当期刊发行的排头兵"四个方面介绍《医学争鸣》杂志创刊过程和努力方向,希望得到期刊同仁和广大科技工作者的扶持和帮助,促进其快速发展,使其真正办成我国科技期刊的精品。
＂Negative＂, though grew out of ＂Journal of the Fourth Military Medical University＂, its objectives and contents have differed completely from the predecessor. ＂Journal of the Fourth Military Medical University＂ had a splendid history, and won lots of rewards and recognition such as State Periodical Award, I00 Outstanding Academic Journals of China, Influential Journal in 60-Year of China Foundation, and so on. Even so, why was the journal refornled from top to bottom？ It resulted from Top Quality Improvement （TQI） strategy being carried out in the Fourth Military Medical University. TQI strategy is not only a working criterion for personnel of the university, but also a goal of establishing and developing ＂Negative＂. The article introduces the foundation of ＂Negative＂ and its pursuit direction from four aspects, ＂To be a practicer of innovation, to be a pioneer of top-quality journal, to be a booster of scientific and technological development, and to be a vanguard of enlarging journal circulation＂, finally expecting the help and back-up from peers, scientists and technicians to accelerate the growth of the journal into a model of Chinese top-quality academic journals.
