后危机时代破解“信用评级悖论”的博弈分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过构建有限理性进化博弈模型,分析评级市场上发行人、评级机构以及投资者之间的博弈关系。模型表明,在声誉驱动机制作用下的评级市场,无论发行人"真实"申报成功的概率大于或者小于"不真实"申报成功概率,监管者都可以通过实施惩罚促使发行人群体进化,最终全部趋向于"真实"申报。模型启示我们:改革现有的信用评级体系重在建立激励机制,确保评级机构具有持续动力积累声誉资本,同时对发行人虚假评级行为实施惩罚可以有效破解"信用评级悖论"。
