Regulatory Mechanism of Endometrial Decidualization

摘要 子宫内膜蜕膜化是胚泡植入、胎盘形成以及妊娠维持的必备条件之一。蜕膜化时,子宫内膜间质细胞(endometrial stromal cells,ESCs)在形态和功能上都发生明显改变。生理情况下,ESCs主要受卵巢雌、孕激素的影响向蜕膜间质细胞转化;在体外实验中,多种细胞因子、激素、免疫细胞、转录因子等都参与调节ESCs模拟蜕膜化过程,有利于人们对蜕膜化机制的理解。 Decidualization of endometrial stromal cells(ESCs) is essential for successful blastocyst implantation,placenta formation and pregnancy maintenance.During decidualization,ESCs undergo large morphological and functional changes.Physically,ESCs are mainly decidualized by the influence of ovarian steroids;various of cytokines,hormones,leukocytes,transcription factor,etc.can induce decidualization in vitro,which is benefit for the research of decidualization mechanism.
