人肠促胰素类似物利拉鲁肽在亚洲人群的应用分析
摘要
目的:介绍利拉鲁肽在亚洲人群中应用的药代学、药效学特征,明确其治疗中国人群的时机和方案。方法:查阅国内外相关文献,进行分析、归纳和综述。结果:利拉鲁肽可一天一次应用于亚洲人群,以有效改善血糖控制,并降低低血糖发生率、体质量和收缩压。结论:利拉鲁肽适应于亚洲2型糖尿病人群降糖治疗,早期应用收益更多。
