农民工是我国现代化建设的主力军,但由于农民工文化程度低、职业技能单一,制约了农民工就业和经济发展,接受相应的培训已经成为他们的迫切需要。从农民工培训的现状出发,揭示了农民工培训中存在的问题,并提出了解决这些问题的相关建议。
