摘要
鉴于废弃混凝土的日益增多和危害,迫切需要合理开发和科学利用。针对再生粗骨料(RA)来源的多途径和品质差异及其对再生骨料混凝土(RAC)质量的影响,探讨不同来源再生骨料对再生骨料混凝土的立方体抗压强度(frcu)和棱柱体抗压强度(frc)的影响,选取最具典型代表的旧房拆迁、高强桩基、市政工程和科学研究等4种来源的废弃混凝土,经破碎加工成4种再生粗骨料,并作净化和预湿处理后,分别选取25%、50%、75%和100%4种取代率,按相关标准配置成4种再生骨料混凝土,经标准试验测其立方体抗压强度和棱柱体抗压强度。结果表明,再生粗骨料取代率对立方体抗压强度和棱柱体抗压强度影响较大,而不同再生粗骨料来源对立方体抗压强度和棱柱体抗压强度影响并不明显;矿物掺合料是影响棱柱体抗压强度的另一重要因素。
In consideration of the increasing waste concrete(WC) and its harm,there is a pressing need of rational development and scientific use of it.In view of the multi-route source and the diversified quality of recycled aggregate(RA) as well as its impact on the quality of recycled aggregate concretes(RAC),four kinds of waste concretes of different sources,such as old house demolition,high-strength pile foundation,municipal administration and scientific research,which are of the most typical representative,are selected and fragmented into four kinds of recycled aggregates,then four replacement ratios of 25%,50%,75% and 100% respectively are chosen after purification and crosstie of the four recycled aggregates,which are configured into four recycled aggregate concretes by referring to the correlative standards and the cubic comprehensive strength and the prism comprehensive strength are tested according to the standard test.The aim of the above experiment is to make sure and discuss the impact on cubic comprehensive strength and prism comprehensive strength of recycled aggregate concrete of different RA sources.The result indicated that the effects of replacement ratio of recycled aggregate have a great impact on the cubic comprehensive strength and the prism comprehensive strength while the impact from recycled aggregate of different sources is not distinct.What's more,it is pointed out that the mineral admixture is another important factor that influences the prism comprehensive strength.
