摘要
用紫外分光光度法 ,对不同产地香茶菜植物的地下部分的醋酸乙酯提取物进行总二萜含量测定 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .42 % ,RSD为 0 .87%。
The contents of diterpenoids from the ethyi acetate of Radical in Rabdosia amethystoides from various areas in China were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The average recovery rate of diterpenoids is 100.42%, RSD is 0.87%.
