摘要
采用薄层色谱法对健胃消食口服液中太子参进行了定性鉴别 ,并用薄层荧光扫描法测定了其中橙皮甙含量。方法灵敏度高 ,重现性好。结果可靠 。
Radix Pseudosteuariae in Jianweixiaoshi oral liquid was identified qualitatively by TLC method. The quantity of hesperidin was determined by fluotometric TLC. This method showed high sensitivity, good reproducibility and reliable result, and is available for the quality control of this preparation.
