环太湖城市水源水及出厂水中微囊藻毒素污染监测 被引量:6

Monitoring of Microcystins Pollution in Source Water and Finished Water in Cities around Taihu Lake

摘要 目的了解环太湖主要城市生活饮用水微囊藻毒素(MC-LR)的污染和分布状况。方法于2009年7月—2010年6月,采用高灵敏时间分辨荧光免疫分析法(TRFIA)检测期间无锡、苏州和湖州三城市水源水及出厂水中MC-LR的含量。结果水源水中MC-LR的浓度([0.073 9±0.058 8)μg/L]和检出率[60.0%(72/120)]均高于出厂水([0.045 9±0.043 7)μg/L,28.8%(45/156)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。水源水和出厂水中MC-LR含量的高峰均出现在10月份前后,其他月份均在较低含量水平波动,其中,2月及6—12月的出厂水MC-LR含量均显著低于水源水(P<0.01)。无锡市水源水中MC-LR的含量和检出率均最高,其次是苏州市,湖州市最低;三城市出厂水中MC-LR的含量和检出率均明显下降,且以无锡市最为明显,且均未超标。结论环太湖城市部分水源水和出厂水受到MC-LR的污染。 Objective To know microcystins-LR (MC-LR) contamination and distribution status in drinking water of cities around the Taihu Lake. Methods Highly sensitive time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay was used to detect the microcystins contamination in source water and finished water in cities around Taihu Lake,including Wuxi,Soochow and Huzhou,during July 2009 to June 2010. Results The concentrations and the detection rates of MC-LR in the source water [(0.073 9±0.058 8) μg/L,60.0%(72/120)] were significantly higher than that in the finished water [(0.045 9±0.043 7 )μg/L, 28.8%(45/156)] (P〈0.01). The MC-LR peak concentrations of source water and finished water were shown up before and after October within one year and the concentrations in the other months fluctuated at a lower level, and the concentration of finished water was significantly lower than that of source water in February and from June to December (P〈0.01). In the source water from three cities around the Taihu Lake,the MC-LR concentration was the highest in Wuxi,followed by Soochow and Huzhou. The MC-LR concentration was lower in the finished water in the investigated cities, which were accorded with the requirement of national standards. Conclusion Parts of the source water and finished water have been contaminated by MC-LR in the cities around the Taihu Lake.
