摘要
目的建立特丁基对苯二酚的测定方法。方法在碱性条件下,特丁基对苯二酚对鲁米诺-高碘酸钠化学发光有增敏作用,基于此性质可测定样品中特丁基对苯二酚的含量。结果特丁基对苯二酚溶液的浓度在5.0×10-5~1.0×10-2g/L范围内与化学发光强度有良好的线性关系,对5.0×10-4g/L特丁基对苯二酚进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为3.54%,检出限为1.6×10-6g/L。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,可用于样品中特丁基对苯二酚的测定。
Objective To establish a new flow injection chemiluminescence system for the determination of tert- butylhydroquinone. Methods Based on the chemiluminescence reaction between luminol and KIO4 under alkaline condition, the chemiluminescence of the reaction can be enhanced greatly by ten-butylhydroquinone, then the content of tert- butylhydroquinone in the samples can be determined. Results The chemiluminescence intensity was proportional to tert- butylhydroquinone concentration in the range of 5.0×10^-5-1.0×10^-2 g/L with detection limit of 1.6×10^-6 g/L. The relative standard deviation was 3.54% (n=l 1) for 5.0×10^-4 g/L tert-butylhydroquinone. Conclusion This method is simple,rapid, sensitive and applicable to the determination of tert-butylhydroquinone in samples.
