再次气管切开16例患者临床分析

Clinical analysis of 16 cases of repeated tracheotomy

目的探讨再次气管切开术的手术方式、并发症及对策。方法对16例曾行两次气管切开患者的临床资料进行分析,并对手术方式、并发症及对策进行总结。结果本组16例患者全部完成再次气管切开,3例在术后并发切口出血,经局部填塞止血,1例并发气胸,经胸腔闭式引流气胸治愈,2例死亡。结论临床遇再次气管切开病人,需高度重视,选择适当麻醉方式,应用恰当的手术技巧,正确处理瘢痕,能有效减少气管切开并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate operation procedures,complications and countermeasures of repeated tracheotomy.Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with tracheotomy were analyzed.Results All 16 cases received tracheotomy.3 cases were complicated with incision bleeding and cured by local hemostasis,1 case was complicated with pneumothorax and cured by closed drainage of thoracic cavity.2 cases died.Conclusion Special attention should be paid to patients who need repeated tracheotomy.Suitable anesthesia method,correct operation skills and proper treatment of cicatricle will effectively reduce the complications.
