Budd-Chiari综合征合并下腔静脉瘤的影像学表现

Imaging findings of Budd-Chiari syndrome(BUS)complicated with inferior vena cava varicose tumor

目的探讨Budd-Chiari综合征合并下腔静脉瘤形成的影像学表现。方法对收治的4例Budd-Chiari综合征合并下腔静脉瘤形成的病人,通过对超声、MRI、血管造影等影像学检查的对比,寻找一种能提高该病诊断率的方法。结果 4例病人均行超声、MRI、血管造影等检查,最终4例病人经血管造影证实为Budd-Chiari综合征合并下腔静脉瘤形成。结论血管造影是确诊Budd-Chiari综合征合并下腔静脉瘤形成的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the Budd-Chiari syndrome complicated with inferior vena cava varicose tumor in the imaging manifestations.Methods From our hospital has treated 4 cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome complicated with inferior vena cava varicose tumor,based on ultrasound,MRI,angiography,and other imaging examination,searching for a way to diagnose the disease.Results 4 patients had ultrasound,MRI,angiography examination,finally 4 patients after angiography were confirmed to Budd-Chiari syndrome complicated with inferior vena cava varicose tumor.Conclusion Angiography is an effective method in the diagnosis of Budd-Chiari syndrome complicated with inferior vena cava varicose tumor.
