摘要
目的测量足月新生儿心脏各腔室的内径,分析正常值范围及相关性。方法采用彩色多普勒超声仪检测853例新生儿心脏各心腔、左右心室室壁、主动脉、肺动脉及其分支等径线值,并对其与体重间的相关性做统计分析。结果获得足月新生儿心脏各腔室、左右心室室壁、大动脉及其分支测量值,收缩末期室间隔及左室后壁厚度、升主动脉内径、左室流出道和肺动脉右支测量值与新生儿体重呈显著正相关(r=0.69,P<0.05)。结论新生儿心脏腔室及大动脉结构的测值可以反映新生儿体重及发育情况,对临床具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To measure the cardiac size of normal full-term newborn.Methods To record the cardiac chambers,wall thickness,diameters of aorta and pulmonary artery and the branches of 853 cases of neonates with color Doppler ultrasound.Results The left and right ventricular chambers,left and right atrium chambers,ventricular wall thickness,diameters of aorta,diameters of the pulmonary artery and its main braches were achieved.And statistical analysis showed that the body mass of neonates were positively correlated with the end systolic left ventricular posterior wall,the end systolic interseptum wall thickness,the diameter of aorta ascendens,left ventricular output tract and the right branch of pulmonary artery.Conclusion Echocardiography is corresponding to neonates body mass.
