超声直方图计算衰减系数在脂肪肝诊断中的应用

Application of the attenuation coefficient calculated by ultrasound histogram in diagnosis of fatty liver

目的探讨利用超声直方图计算肝脏回声衰减系数与脂肪肝及肝功能的相关性。方法选取轻、中、重度脂肪肝患者及正常对照者各40名,运用超声直方图测量所有入选者同一切面不同深度的肝组织回声灰阶值,计算衰减系数,并检测每位入选者的肝功能(AST,ALT、GGT),比较四组间的衰减系数和肝功能,并分析二者间的关系。结果四组间的衰减系数和肝功能均有统计学差异(P<0.05);衰减系数与AST,ALT成正相关。结论超声直方图计算的回声衰减系数在脂肪肝的诊断中可以作为客观的定量指标,对脂肪肝的分度具有指导价值,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the association of attenuation coefficient calculated by ultrasound histogram with fatty liver and liver function.Methods 40 mild,moderate and severe fatty liver patients and 40 normal controls were involved.The gray value of liver echo of the same section at different depths were measured the attenuation coefficient was calculated.The liver function（AST,ALT and GGT）was observed.Results There were significant differences in attenuation coefficient and liver function among the four groups（P〈0.05）.The attenuation coefficient and serum AST and ALT were Positive correlated.Conclusion Attenuation coefficient can be used as an objective quantitative indicators in the diagnosis of fatty liver,and have guiding value in indexing of fatty liver.
