摘要
双辊式铝带坯连续铸轧机的辊套一般是用钢材制成的。由于铜合金的热导率比钢的高很多,多年来国外冶金工程师试图用铜合金加工成辊套,然而因铜合金的强度低使研发工作未能获得希望的结果。德国凯美公司(KME)通过科技攻关,于21世纪初推出铜合金辊套,并在铝铸轧生产中获得实际应用,取得了良好的效果。全文分为两部分刊出,第一部分简要介绍铝铸轧工艺流程及铸轧辊结构和材质,铜合金辊套的研发情况;介绍凯美公司研发的铜合金辊套以及用于制造辊套的Cu-Co-Be合金的成分和性能。
Usually the roll sleeve of double roll continuous aluminum strip casting machine are made from steel.In recent years,lots of foreign metallurgic engineers are trying to make copper roll sleeves for utilizing the thermo-conductivity of copper,but no expected results being obtained due to the low strength of the copper alloy.Now,at the beginning of the 21st century a German company KME has developed quality copper roll sleeves for aluminum continuous casting machine and got excellent result.The casting process,construction and materials of the rolls,investigation situation,property and chemical composition of the Cu-Co-Be alloy used for making roll sleeve have been introduced here in this paper.
