摘要
从5251铝合金3.0 mm厚度的热轧-中温轧制-冷轧板材切取试料,在箱式退火炉进行不同退火制度的处理,从而研究退火制度对5251铝合金板材的力学性能和电导率的影响,确定了3.0 mm厚5251铝合金板材的合理退火工艺制度,为实际生产该合金板材提供技术支持。
In order to investigate the influence of annealing system on mechanical properties and electric conductivity of 5251 aluminum alloy sheet with thickness of 3.0 mm,the samples have been cut from the sheets which were hot rolled,mid-hot-rolled and then cold rolled.The samples are annealing treated in box type annealing furnace with different annealing system.The reasonable annealing system of 5251 aluminum alloy sheets with thickness of 3.0 mm has been chosen.It can be taken as a optimized technology for producing this alloy sheet with high quality.
