摘要
试验研究了1235铝合金铸轧坯料的晶粒破碎程度及不同均匀化退火温度对坯料的组织、性能及箔材成品针孔数量的影响。通过金相分析和试验结果得出,合适的第一道次冷轧加工率和均匀化退火温度有利于减少铝箔成品的针孔数量及箔轧时的断带次数。
The effect of grain crushing rate and different homogenization temperature of 1235 aluminum alloy foil stock on microstructure,mechanical property and pinhole amount has been experimented and investigated.The experiment and investigation results show that suitable deformation rate of the first rolling pass and homogenization temperature can reduce pinhole amount of the finished aluminum foil and strip breaking frequency during foil rolling.
