还元注射液对脑出血大鼠神经行为、乳酸、自由基的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了探讨还元注射液治疗急性脑出血的作用机理,用胶原酶脑内注射诱发大鼠脑出血模型,观察大鼠行为积分、脑组织乳酸、MDA,SOD活性的变化及还元注射液对其影响。结果模型组的神经行为积分、脑组织乳酸、MDA含量明显高于正常组(P<0.01),而 SOD活性明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,还元组能明显降低神经行为积分和脑组织乳酸、MDA含量(P<0.01),明显提高 SOD活性(P<0.01)。提示还元注射液通过清除脑组织乳酸和自由基促进神经功能的恢复。 To study the mechanisms of Huan Yuan injection in treating acute intracerebral hemorrhage, injection of collagenase into brains of rats caused an intracerebral hemorrhage. The authors studied neurobehavioral scores, lactic acid, MDA contents and SOD activities of rats, and also studied the effects of Huan Yuan injection on them. The results showed that compared with normal group, neurobehavioral scores, lactic acid, MDA contents in model group were obviously moresed (P<0. 01) and SOD activities were obviously decreased (P<0. 01 ). Compared with model group, Huan Yuan group could oviously decrease neurobehavioral scores, lactic acid and MDA contents (P<0. 01 ), enhance SOD activities (P<0. 01 ). It pointed out that Huan Yuan injction could promote nerval renew by means of eliminating lactic acts and free radicals in brain.
