资中县600名居民血糖检测结果分析

目的了解资中县居民血糖水平和糖尿病患病率。方法采用分层随即抽样方法抽取18岁以上居民600名,抽静脉血做空腹血浆血糖和2h血浆血糖测定。结果空腹血糖水平为(5.66+1.57),餐后2h血糖水平(6.36+2.73);糖尿病患病率10.17%。结论糖尿病患病率与我过其他地区一样,处于较高水平。提示健康体检要对空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖同时检测,减少漏诊。

Objective To understand the Zizhong County residents in blood glucose levels and diabetes prevalence.Methods A stratified sampling method immediately above the age of 18 600 residents,pumping blood to do the fasting plasma glucose and 2 hours plasma glucose determination.Results The fasting plasma glucose level of 5.66 ＋1.57,2-hour postprandial blood glucose level 6.36＋2.73;10.17% prevalence of diabetes.Conclusion The prevalence of diabetes and I had other places,at a high level.To prompt physical examination and fasting blood glucose testing while 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,reduce misdiagnosis.
