从对大连双D港的剖析谈国内中小生物医药产业基地存在的问题

The Problems in the Domestic Small and Medium-sized Biological Medicine Industrial Bases Based on the Analysis of Double D Port of Dalian

大连双D港生物医药产业基地与国内绝大多数中小规模园区一样都处于发展阶段,与国内成熟的医药园区相比差距较大,其发展过程中出现的问题具有一定的代表性。本文通过对大连双D港生物医药产业基地存在问题的分析来反映国内众多中小规模医药园区发展的短板,进而为同类型园区下一步建设提供参考。

Biological medicine industrial bases in Double D Port of Dalian,like the most of the domestic small and medium-sized parks,are still on the way of development.So there is a great gap between the domestic mature medical parks and the biological medicine industrial bases in Double D Port of Dalian.And the problems in the development are representative.This paper intends to reflect the shortcomings of domestic small and medium-sized medical parks based on the analysis of the problems of biological medicine industrial bases in Double D Port and to provide the reference for the further construction of the same type parks.
