摘要
针对电子机柜在车载环境中,由于冲击经常出现故障,从电子机柜的相对位移和加速度的表达式出发,对其进行理论分析得到在有无阻尼的情况下缓冲系统的设计方法和理论依据,特别是在更常用的阻尼缓冲设计的情况下,提出最佳阻尼比参数设计方法,从而大大提高了车载电子机柜的缓冲效率。
Impacts cause electronic cabinet breakdown.Based on the expression of relative displacements and acceleration of electronic cabinet,the design methods and theoretical foundation for buffer system with or without the application of damping are obtained.The optimal damping ratio method is particularly introduced for the frequent application of damping,which greatly helps to improve the buffering effect of electronic cabinet in vehicles.
