介绍了了PMC类故障诊断的常用方法,详细阐述了PMC的动态和静态两种诊断法的应用,结合PMC故障实例,通过数控系统的自诊断功能、I/O状态、PMC梯形图及动态跟踪梯形图等方法来判断故障原因,提高了故障诊断的速度和准确性。
This article analyses fault diagnosis common method for PMC faults of CNC machine tools,The dynamic and static diagnosis methods for PMC faults was introduced in detail.Through some specific examples for PMC faults,it judges the fault cause through self-diagnostic function of NC system,the status of PLC I/O signals,PMC ladder chart and dynamic track function of ladder chart,applying the methods,it increase the speed and accuracy of faults diagnosis.
