摘要
针对100 t汽车起重机转向系统存在跑偏及磨胎的问题,通过理论分析及ADAMS仿真对转角进行优化,确定各铰接点坐标,优化拉杆布置;采用Ansys Workbench对拉杆及中间摇臂作应力及屈曲计算,优化了拉杆及摇臂材料及工艺,降低了成本。
To solve vehicle running deviation and tires abrasion of 100T auto crane's steering system,using theory analyzing and ADAMS simulation to optimize steering angles,confirming the coordinate of every gamely point,optimizing the collocation of steering staff;and using Analyze Workbench to making stress and inflection calculating of steering staff and middle rockers,optimizing the material and techniques of steering staff,reducing cost.
