社会服务是高职院校社会服务职能得以体现的重要途径。在系统科学理论指导下,针对当前高职院校社会服务存在的服务理念和主动意识不强、服务缺少连续性的特点,对高职院校内部建立社会服务导向机制、管理运行机制、评价机制、保障机制、激励机制、创收分配机制、信息机制进行探索,以促进高职院校社会服务功能的有效发挥,使高职院校在社会服务的同时为自身发展赢得更为广阔的空间。

Social service is an important way to embody higher vocational colleges＇ social service function.Under guidance of the system science theory,according to current conditions in poor service concept,initiative consciousness and lack of continuity,this article has probed into social service guidance,management operation,evaluation,guarantee,incentive,income increasing and distribution and information mechanism,in order to promote the effective exertion of higher vocational colleges＇ social service function,and provide wide space to the development of higher vocational colleges.
