长期以来,如何形成切实有效的工学结合模式一直是困扰很多高职院校的难题。根据作者多年工作中探讨工学合作人才培养模式的经验和教训,尝试建立一种较为可行的合作模型即基于服务外包理念的工学结合工作室模式,并在教学中实践和发挥了这种校企深度合作的优势。

For such a long time,how to form a pragmatic and effective model of combining learning with working has become a long-standing problem troubling vocational colleges.According to the writer＇s experience and lessons,this paper tries to build up a practical cooperation model,that is,studio of ＂combining learning with working＂ based on BPO and carries it out in teaching practice.
