师德是教师素质的核心所在。教师时刻铭记并践行自己的职责,坚持为人师表、乐业爱岗、严格要求学生、认真评价课业、以人为本善待每个学生是高尚师德的体现,反过来也在潜移默化地隐形影响到学生未来的职业道德。

Morality is the core of teachers＇ qualities.Teachers should always remember and practice their duties,adhere to the teacher post,love the profession,strictly demand students,carefully evaluate the assignment,and perform people-oriented to be kind to all students.They are the embodiment of noble morality,which in turn affect imperceptibly and invisibly to the student＇s professional ethics.
